The Underworld Collection

The Underworld Collection explores the darker, more mysterious side of my artwork. Inspired by ideas of fire, darkness, mythology, and worlds that exist beyond what we can see, these paintings use bold colors, flowing forms, and dramatic contrasts to create a sense of mystery and intensity.

Pieces such as Through the Gates of Hell, River of Hades, and The Inferno are my abstract interpretations of the legendary underworld. Rather than depicting a specific place, I wanted each painting to capture a feeling - heat, movement, danger, mystery, and the unknown.

My inspiration came from imagining what these mythical places might look like and then allowing the colors and textures to create their own landscapes. Deep blacks and fiery tones suggest molten earth, glowing embers, flowing rivers, and light breaking through darkness.

The Underworld Collection is a journey into a darker imaginary world, where chaos and beauty exist together and every painting tells a different part of the story.
